Project Secretary – Oman
Role & Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient secretarial / administration support services to the project manager, project team, and other managers as required and to produce high-quality reports and documentation, in a timely manner.
· Prepare correspondence, memos proposals, specifications, reports, organization charts, spreadsheets and presentations including typing, formatting, collation and distribution.
· Monitor reporting requirements and prepare monthly reporting requirements for the projects as required.
· Maintain correspondence and filling in accordance with the relevant procedure.
· Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the project team as required.
· Minute taking and distribution of minutes at project meetings as required.
