Sales Executive/ Purchase Manager
Muscat – Maintain cordial relationship with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls & e-mails. Purchasing goods and exporting. Handled customer complaints & resolved the issues with ease. Maintain record of existing & new customers for follow up and business promotions. Maintain office facilities including procurement processing of necessary office supplies and equipment requirements and petty cash management. Prepare office supplies and equipment purchase requisitions, coordinate and monitor maintenance services and serve as liaison between departments, management and staff. Review, organize and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail. Input data and compile report information into a database. General administrative duties including but not limited to receiving and directing telephone calls, handling of general inquiries and filing documents.
